This slow cooker spicy sausage soup is a hearty, high-protein Trim Healthy Mama–friendly meal designed for real life.

My mom and I created this recipe so she could have an easy dinner that reheats beautifully and doesn’t require a last-minute grocery run.

Using pantry-friendly ingredients and shelf-stable sausage crumbles, it’s the kind of nourishing soup you can make once and enjoy all week—warm, satisfying, and confidence-building.
