Ingredients

  • 1 cup Thrive Life Pulled Pork

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 2 Tbs Sweet Baby Rays No Sugar

  • 1/8 cup Sour Cream Full Fat

  • 1/8 cup Almond Milk

  • 1/8 cup Greek Yogurt

  • 1/8 cup Best Food Mayo

  • 1/8 cup Thrive Onions

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1 tsp Jalapeno or Pickle Juice

  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

  • 1/2 tsp Chef’s Choice

  • 8 oz Coleslaw Mix

  • 1 cup Carrots Shredded

  • 1/2 Red Onions Chopped

Why This Recipe Nails Prepper-Friendly Nutrition

This pulled-pork-and-coleslaw duo checks every prepper box: the freeze-dried pork stores safely for years yet springs back to juicy life with a splash of water, thanks to Nutrilock™ technology that preserves up to 99 % of its protein-rich goodness.

Pair that muscle-fuel with crunchy, low-carb coleslaw—just cabbage, a smart fat, and seasonings—and you’ve got a Trim Healthy Mama “S” meal that keeps blood sugar steady and energy high.

No refrigeration, no fancy gear, and practically zero waste means you can whip up comfort food in a blackout, a busy Tuesday, or anything in between—proof that peace of mind tastes downright delicious.

Direction:

  1. Rehydrate Thrive Life Pulled Pork (1 cup) hot water (1/2 cup) for 10 minutes.

  2. Chopped red onions and place in a bowl with coleslaw and shredded carrots.

  3. Make dressing from all ingredients except Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. Add veggies and stir.

  4. Add BBQ sauce to refreshed Thrive Pulled Pork. Optional: top with crushed Spicy Chicharrons Pork Rinds.

Prep Tip:

You can make a deliciously Easy Low Carb Gluten Free Bread Rolls (THM S): These are made with almond flour, psyllium husk powder, seasoned salt, baking powder, a sweetener, apple cider vinegar, and egg whites. They are a low-carb and gluten-free option.

I did not miss the bun. This meal is a crunchy and delicious!

Eggs Scramble with Broccoli

  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes

  • One 13 oz can of unsweetened coconut milk

  • 4 oz rum or 1-2 teaspoons of rum extract (for a virgin version)

  • 2 Tbs DIY Sweetener

  • 1/2 cup Thrive Pineapple

Why it Rocks for Preppers

Everything but the ice is pantry-shelf stable, and Nutrilock™ freeze-drying keeps that pineapple’s bright vitamin-C punch intact—so you can toast to tropical breezes even during a blackout.

Cheers!

  • 1 cup Thrive Life Fuji Apples

  • 1 cup Water

  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt Non Fat

  • 4 Tbs Protein Powder

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp Ground Flax Seed

  • Ice

Blend together and serve for 1

THM-friendly fuel: The freeze-dried Fuji apples supply clean, slow-burning carbs while staying under the fat threshold that defines an “E” meal. Non-fat Greek yogurt plus whey (4 Tbsp protein powder) push the drink comfortably past the 25 g protein mark, stabilizing blood sugar and keeping you full. With virtually zero added fat—just the micro-dose in flax—your body can use those carbs for energy instead of storing them.

Mix all together. Let side for 10 minutes. Cook in avocado oil. Add salt and pepper and serve.

Protein Punch: Add Thrive Pulled Pork, Diced Chicken or Sausage Crumbles. Keeps you full longer and saves fresh meat space in the frig.

Quick Tip: Toss any freeze-dried veggies or meats straight into your egg mixture before the 10-minute rest—they’ll rehydrate right in the batter, saving dishes and daylight. Breakfast: conquered. 🥦🍳
